Just imagine that your organism sends you a signal that something is wrong with it. That it just can't stand this stress all the time. Thus, when you are not reacting on "small" signals, your organism just "offers" you such diseases. So, it is very important to analyze your attitude to life and try just to live, but not worry about all these things. It can be asserted that our life is a game and all the things which happen make it more interesting. It is just a game, but it can be a really torture for you if you are afraid to lose all the time. Just play and enjoy it!
